Will eCakes confirm my order?
Yes, as soon as your order has been processed through our secure, on-line, real-time credit card processing system (Internet Secure), an e-mail message that confirms the order will be forwarded to you. In addition to this, a representative receives your order, processes it to one of our central bakeries, and will provide you with a confirmation of the date and time of your delivery.
Can I cancel or change my order?
As soon as we confirm your order, we transfer it to the appropriate central bakery for immediate processing.

Therefore, in most cases, we are unable to cancel or modify your order. If you need to make adjustments to your order, please email us at: info@ecakes.ca to inquire if your order can be modified or cancelled prior to our cut-off time of 2:00 p.m. EST on the date of order.
What if I am not home when my purchase arrives?
Unfortunately our courier service cannot be responsible for items that are left unattended. It would be best prior to making an order to confirm that someone will be available to receive it.

In addition, prior to ordering, please make sure the address is correct and there is a local contact number where the recipient can be contacted. In some cases, some drivers have a mobile phone and can contact your client.
Can I change the delivery address?
We will be happy to change the delivery address as long as your order has not been delivered or is not on its way to being delivered. This must be done by e-mail , quoting your order confirmation number for your protection.
Do you deliver international orders?
We are currently investigating the possibility of having affiliates available in various parts of the world. Presently, we will gladly accept international orders that are placed, to any one of our delivery areas.
Can I change the date of my scheduled delivery?
If your order has not been delivered, or is not on its way to being delivered, we will be happy to change its intended delivery date. To request a change to your delivery date, simply send us an e-mail quoting your order confirmation number for your protection.
